Not only is this a first class product that does exactly what it's meant to, it was also very easy to assemble and fit (please note this is coming from a DIY numpty). Also the company has just been amazing with helping me out on a couple of snags (caused by me I hasten to add!!) - it's service that you don't see very often these days. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending diyflyscreens as the company to go to for all your insect screens.
The screen was very easy to fit, looks really good, and does the job well. We wanted something that disappears when not in use, it meets that requirement well, you'd hardly notice it. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is, we find it a little fiddly to open and close. The handle is marked "pull" "push" on the appropriate side, it took a little while to get the knack of using the handle rather than bending the screen.
Having made the decision to purchase 5 medium and 1 large pull down fly screen together with a pull across door fly screen I am very pleased with the final result. The windows blend well with my Uvpc conservatory and door. The windows, with care, were easy to install - and are very effective in operation. The door was less easy to install as it's very flexible prior to adhering to the door frame, and having inadvertantly touched the door frame in the wrong position it was almost impossible to adjust. I ended up using a three foot long crowbar in order to unstick before repositioning it. This is despite using two people to do the job. All ended well however, and I can vouch for the immense strength of the adhesive which bodes well for longevity of all of the fixings
